I'm in the market for a new camera. I not only want to know what kind of camera my readers have...I NEED to know and I would love to hear what you Love or Hate about it.

Well I have a Kodak Z740 - it's several years old. I like it except for the distance stuff - I can get pretty good pictures but would like better ones. Also it's not good for sports/action at all. Let us know what you get!
We got a new camera last month - I LOVE IT. It's a Canon Power Shot SX10 IS
It has a 20X zoom which is wonderful for distance shots. We saved up because it was a little pricey for us. Canon has some great models that are a little less expensive too.

I just got a Nikon P80, so far I love it! It has an 18x zoom, and is pretty simple to operate.
You've seen and held mine, it's a Canon G9- but there is a new G10 out, too!
Hey! I have a Kodak EasyShare Z1012 IS. Love this camera. It takes pretty good zoom shots from the stands onto the football field. Very easy to use. Good luck! Amy

Have no words of wisdom for you. My DD has a Kodak something or other and she loves it....but she said the flash isn't worth spit...but then again she is hoping to upgrade to a SLR..soooo
