Would you like to see a Purple Cat?

I just happen to have a picture of one.

This is Willie...Willie the Wildcat!

My boys and I at the Tailgate Party

It was "Harley Day" at the Game...so of course
Willie led the pack of Harley's that came in and
circled the field!

Nerd..Love the marching bands and loved being
in marching band!

Look at him...throwing that first touchdown!

Nothing prettier than a sunset in the Flint Hills
of Kansas

Thank you God for the beautiful sunset...
you painted a great picture for us to
enjoy yesterday evening.

Last night my boys and I went to the KSTATE vs. TEXAS A&M game in Manhattan. We left yesterday a.m. around 945 and got home at 130 this a.m. LONG day but Oh so Fun!

My boys had never been to a game...so I bought tickets several months ago and thought it would be a fun family trip...and it was, but DH did not get to go with us. He is 2 1/2 weeks post back surgery and was not up for the 3 hour ride up, long day and ride home. Soooo...we took a friend, Angie...she is a KSTATE fan as well and had never been to a game. We had so much fun! Thanks for going with me Ang...it would have been an even LoNGer ride home by myself with sleeping boys.
It's been so long since I've posted anything...I nearly forgot my password! ha ha
Not really, but gosh, I can't seem to get on the Blog to read or post. My life has been in a bit of chaos since JB's surgery. I have simply just been in a dead run...I don't want to bore you with all the silly details but it's been crazy and I'm ready for things to get back to normal--whatever that is!
I can't believe that we are nearing the end of October already. It's going too fast for me...I literally have something to do every Saturday, ( I said Saturday) until December...did I mention EVERY SATURDAY?????????? Yea, well, see where I'm going with this? It may be awhile before I post again! I am going to try really hard this week to get caught up on everyone's blogs...please don't stop coming by to visit me here. I LOVE hearing from everyone!
Hope ya'll have a wonderful and Blessed week.

Oh my goodness...you're making me SOOO SAD that we haven't been to a K-State game this year!! LOVE all your pictures. 'Harley day' was always one of my favorites...nothing like the roar of those motorcycles coming into the stadium :) Perfect sunset too. I'm so jealous! Thanks for sharing!!

Have a great week!
