New Year. Giveaway. Re-gift.

It's a new year and what's a new year without a give-a-way?
Have you ever had a give-a-way?
Have you ever given away a gift you received?
Have you ever re-gifted on your give-a-way?

I have not.

But I'm about to change all of that.  I'm not opposed to it, ya know, as long as its NOT USED!

I received many wonderful things for Christmas gifts.  One in particular could not be returned and I already have one.

No it's not going to be used.

It's nothing weird.  I promise.

It's a.........................................

PW COOKBOOK
(the first one)

Surprise!  I already own this cookbook so I have no need for 2 of them...I thought the best way to decide where it should go would be a give-a-way!  (btw, I have approval of the gift giver to re-gift this.  I also am not opposed to re-gifting.  That said, try not to REGIFT the gift to the giver) {smile}

Let me know what new recipe you want to try next and you are entered!  I need some new supper ideas for the new year.  I will pick a winner Thursday evening and announce a winner on Friday.   If you are NOT a follower, please join CowPies & MudPies for 2012!

I already have her cook book, but if I win I'd TOTALLY regift it to my Mama. ;) She's been begging to borrow mine. All I have to say is that I'm a huge fan of re-gifting. Happy week to you guys!

Um, and obviously I need to learn how to follow directions. I actually tried a new dish over New Years. German rouladen, a german red cabbage dish called rotekohl and homemade spaetzle. They were actually all suuuuuper easy to make (made the beef dish in a pressure cooker) and surprisingly everyone loved it. Even my "not picky" (ahem) hubby!

I want one. Just haven't ever spent the money to get one... so.

I wanna try LOTS of stuff. As I always do. So, I'm not even sure just what to say.
Dessert is always best to me! ha!

I too have the book, but my mom doesn't so I would re-gift it to her.

I am wanting to try making Pad Thai or another Curry dish we ate at a Thai restaraunt. I found a couple recipes, and want to compare it to the real deal. I love ethnic food!

Fun fun!! I've missed you. I'm going to take a whole day to just go back through your blog and catch up! Have several I need to do that with!

I think I want to master smoking meat!

Love you!!

I have always wanted that cookbook. Maybe now I will get it finally =o).

I am wanting to try to make homemade noodles the way my mom used to. That is my favorite meal of all time. Chicken and Noodles on top of mashed pototes. I would go over to her house and she would have them "drying" over the back of chairs. Just of the many things I miss about her.

Happy New Year!!
