We returned home on Saturday from a week long trek to TableRock Lake in Missouri...had a wonderful time with family and friends and a heat index of 115.....heellooooo...its only June???? Anyway, good time and I was NOT ready to come home. Short on time...so I posted a video...or at least I'm attempting to. I hope it works....it all looks so easy and then I attempt it...and, well.....anyway

I've been trying to brain storm a place to eat over on the North side. Have you ever been to Red Robin? It's a burger place, but the only down side is that every time I've been there, it's been kind of noisy. I don't like eating where I can't hear myself think. ;) There has been so many restaurants close down over there, I'm not sure what's even there anymore. There used to be a nice Gourmet Deli (yep, that's what it was called!) that had delicious sandwiches, but even they closed. Sooo, I'll keep thinking of a place! There's always Texas Roadhouse, I'm sure they have good lunch specials.

Texas Roadhouse it'll be. It's on Penn I believe, wherever the Sam's is... South side of the pike, right at the corner. I'll head that way in order to be there at noon. You can call and keep me posted...can't wait!

Oh my goodness, Les! I am so sorry to hear about your van! Are they going to fix it, or what will happen? I sure hate that you had to go through that, but isn't it absolutely incredible how God works? Just think, if we hadn't of gone to the western store, you could have been out in the middle of nowhere on the highway! I have a cute picture of you and Quade I'll be posting later (been without internet all weekend). Hope all is well!
Oh my goodness - that looks like such fun! And I am impressed with your slide show! Might have to give that a whirl. Super photos and beautiful summer memories! So glad ya'll were able to get away for a bit!
