We didn't have any scales, estimating about 25#
Flathead. We did filet him out, soak him good in
Lemon Juice and salt water, covered in creole seasoning
and a little butter and baked...pretty darn good!

Wow, isn't that great? We ALL have our own full time "bodyguard" so to speak...you just need to accept him into your heart! Have a wonderful, blessed, enjoyable day and give thanks to GOD for he IS Good~

Great pictures! The fish sounds yummy! I miss showing lambs. Our older two did it pretty seriously, not youngest - no interest at all. Ha! The scriptures are great - yea, pretty cool that we have our own bodyguard!
