It was a great fair this year! The weather could not have been better. 80's was the highs until Monday and then the true fair weather came. HOT. Good thing that was the last day.
The boys did well--CB ended up with 2 Blue ribbons on his market lambs, ZB got red and white(yikes) lol but.....Both boys got 3rd place in showmanship....we were so proud...much improved on the showmanship from last year! ZB ended up with NO Angel Biscuits in Foods this year...we just couldn't get it done. CB had photography and art work....2 Blue ribbons in photography and 2 Blue in Art and 1 Red in Art. Whoo Hoo! I was pretty much on my own at the fair this year...DH's back is not feeling good at all. He was pretty much into observation only!
Well, my computer is acting crazy and it's taken me a very long time to type this little bit of stuff...have missed my blog buddies....I FINALLY got to meet fellow blogger, Laura at http://laura-elephantjuice.blogspot.com/ at the sheep barn! If you haven't visited her site...please do so.....she is very talented! I know her s-i-l and her dad, drive by her house on my way to work----finally we met!

Congratulations to the boys! Woohoo! Sounds like ya'll had a great fair. Now you get to rest, right? Ha!
Praise the Lord for the cooler weather! Tell the boys we said congratulations, and hope your honey's back gets to feeling better. Glad you guys had an awesome time and end to the summer fun, can you believe school starts soon?!?!?
