My sweet little nephew, Ben
He turned 3 this past weekend.
CB and I took a walk last week to the railroad tracks
north of our house. For some reason, we are both
fascinated by the tracks.
See. I like them. I like taking their picture!
Then last Tuesday, I decided I better get my seeds started.
I opted to try a few in egg cartons. I'm not sure how great
it's going to work. They have yet to sprout and it's been a week.
The blue tabs are my markers...I used old paint samples and cut
them into strips.
I {Heart} Gurney's seed catalog.
I could browse thru it for hours!
I am a believer in good potting soil/mix.
Miracle Gro is the choice.

Look at that sweet boy! I remember you posting pics of him when he was born, not too long after Q was.
I told myself I'm not planting a single thing after last years drought bust, but I always cave. Wouldn't it be so cool to have a mini greenhouse?!?
Love the railroad pics!
i like railroad tracks too for some reason...maybe because they are so uniform. they seem dangerous to me though.
we have our seeds started too...or i should say mountain man and the kids do ;)
Such a wonderful time of year! I love planting seeds. I hope your garden grows beautifully! Happy birthday to your sweet nephew. I love the pic of your son on the tracks!
