That's what my downstairs is, a giant mess. So is my garage. I'm having a garage sale on Saturday...and I literally have crap strung everywhere!! Oh boy...will be glad to get it out of here! My neighbor is having one too...down the road a ways they're having a neighborhood sale as well. So far the weather man is predicting SUNSHINE! YEA!
I have quite an array of items to sell. Toys, wedding gifts(nearly 15 yrs old) that have never been out of the box. My apologies to those who read this and may have bought them...TV trays, life jackets, boat props, oh boy, I could go on...but I want ya'll to come back and read my blog again! Anyway, I'm already feeling better about Cleaning out my stuff! That makes me oh so glad!
On another note...my new camera should be arriving soon! I'm so excited. I hope to get it before Friday...I'm taking a bike ride with my youngest son and his class and we should definitely get pics right? With the new camera?!
I'm having Mothers Day here on Sunday...I like having my folks, my m-i-l and her husband over for a cookout on Mothers Day. Not sure the weather will be great for outside(talking rain)...but it's always fun to get together! I need to get busy and get this house in order before then.
It rained here most of the day today...again...a lot...it was cloudy...it was not warm...I'm still wearing sweats and sweatshirts and socks...someday it will be warm again. So much for getting the rest of my garden in tonite. I may get tomatoes by August....that's if I can get the darn things planted.
I'm so ready for school to be out...and so are my boys! I always welcome the routine but am always glad for a break! Not much left...the last day is May 21st. Lots going on between now and then. Band concerts, bike rides, overnight trips and I'm sure there's more I am not yet aware of! It's all good...we'll have accomplished another year in school, makes me sad my boys are another year older.
Well, I need to keep moving along here...I'll see if I can't kick my way out of the downstairs to check on my DH who just got home. Have a Blessed Week. Oh boy, do I ever need to have a garage sale! Alas, we're too far from town. Hmmm...Think I might be able to rope a friend into letting me use her yard? As of now, everything gets hauled to the Salvation Army, but the extra money from a garage sale would be nice. Hope yours is successful!
Ahh...I love garage sale season! Not sure if I'll be out and about this weekend or not. IF I am, I'll have to stop by your sale and maybe we can finally meet IN PERSON :)
