I've ordered a Canon Power Shot SX 10 IS...just like yours Mandy! It seemed to be the best that I was looking for...was more expensive than I wanted to spend...but what I wanted...I knew I wouldn't be happy if I settled.
Now...the waiting begins...patience is not my forte'. I'm anxiously awaiting the arrival!
Well, I'm off to find a blanket, yes a blanket. It's cold and windy and rainy here and I'm NOT happy. I cooking Frito Chili Pies for supper because it's cold...I want warmer weather! I want to plant flowers, I want to dig in the dirt....
Someday. I will do all those things..until then, I'm going to cuddle up in my fuzzy blanket, and be totally l-a-z-y. Have a great weekend...I'm not sure if I'll be back on here..depends on this weather!!!

I bet that camera will be fun. I've always been a fan of Canons. We had a cold front move through here today, too. Cooled it down into the 60's, and oh yeah, we've had tons of rain and are supposed to get more this weekend! It's been sooo humid so the cooler weather was a nice change. I hope we can meet up here in a few weeks! I have to say, I don't envy your having to sleep at the Omniplex, that doesn't sound like too much fun for an adult! ;) I have a spare bed if you're interested :P I'd love to meet up with ya, maybe we can go to the zoo or something, you'll have to fill me in on your itinerary. Stay warm this weekend!

Glad you decided on a camera. Dd told me that since I have a digital camera, you would think that I would take more pictures, funny girl she is. I never remember to bring it along or I forget to take pictures. I assured her that I would take pictures at her graduation, I hope. Hope you staying warm, we are mowing the lawn, washing cars, and tilling the garden today. Its a lovely day, even though the children are hating the work, poor babies.

Oh, I want one!! I have flowers planted in pots. My garden plot now looks like the yard, full of weeds! I am hungry for sunshine! This rainy/cloudy weather is starting to be depressing!

Oh, and you can keep the cold and wind, but bring on the rain! Please! In turn, I'll send you warmth and sunshine.
